Welcome to Somers Apartment Complex
This apartment is located on the upper level. This complex offers a swimming pool for guests to use but children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Your balcony over looks the pool area and across to the bay. This property is a comfortable apartment located just across the road from Batehaven village & Corrigans and Caseys beaches are close by. It has a very livable layout inside. Based here you have plenty of options! You can bring your bikes and you can ride along the beach front to the main street of Batemans Bay, along the well-used bike path. There is a barbeque on your balcony for those lazy summer afternoons. Its all at your doorstep. This property has living/dining area at the front with kitchen located in the middle and two bedrooms at the rear,with the master bedroom at the front which can access the balcony and views across the bay. There is reverse cycle air-conditioning in the living area and ceiling fans in all bedrooms; you will be able to escape the heat in summer and keep toasty warm in winter. The property provides a pod coffee machine and Coles pods will fit. The property also has 2 baby booster seats to sit at the table with the family and no high chairs required. There are board games and a WII for everyone to enjoy.
BEDROOMS Linen is not provided; you will need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases, bath mats and towels, beach towels, tea towels. Doonas & doona covers are provided (one for each bed).
Master bedroom Queen sized bed, walk in wardrobe, large ensuite spa bath and patio. Bedroom 2 Double size bed with wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 - Two single beds and wardrobe.
BATHROOMS and LAUNDRY The main bathroom has a shower and toilet; while the ensuite has a shower, spa bath and toilet. A laundry closet with a top loader washing machine and dryer for your convenience; this is within the main bathroom.
OUTSIDE There is a balcony with a Barbeque with an outdoor setting for 6 to enjoy where you can see the water. There are also 2 chaise lounges. Just in front of the balcony is the pool area. You can park your car in the secure double lock up garage.
PETS Pets are not permitted at this property.
