Welcome to the exclusive Spinnaker Apartment Complex

Enjoy the fresh air from this gorgeous two bedroom apartment situated on the banks of the Clyde River. Located on the top floor with uninterrupted views across the river and out to sea, this apartment has a touch of luxury and is perfect for anyone who wants to unwind and relax. As you walk through the front door the master bedroom is located on the right away from the rest of the apartment. The living, kitchen & dining area is open plan with views across the water.

The unit also comes with underground secure car parking with a height maximum of 1.8m. There is a lift for the residents' use within the complex.

The centre of town is located within a short 5 minute flat walk along the water.

BEDROOMS Linen is not included.This includes sheets, pillow cases,bath towels, beach towels. Doonas & doona covers are provided (one for each bed). The master bedroom is complete with a queen sized bed and its own private balcony with views across the river. The second bedroom is finished with 2 king single beds.

BATHROOMS There are 2 bathrooms in this apartment, the ensuite has a shower and toilet and a corner spa bath and the main bathroom has a shower bath and toilet.

KITCHEN A well stocked kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare a quick snack or full meal. A small BBQ is located in the laundry area and can be used on the balcony whilst staying at the property.

PARKING There is an underground carpark with a car space provided and a garage space provided for your use see tagged designated spaces. There are very large pylons underneath and it is a tight squeeze for larger cars.

PETS Unfortunately this apartment isnt suitable for pets.
