This large cliff top home is perfect for two families. Sitting on the top deck looking out to the extensive views across the bay. This home offers fun and exploration for the kids, you'll be glad you decided to stay. Although only a few minutes walk to the beach, some days it's just easier to fire up the barbeque and settle in around the back deck for the afternoon. There is plenty of outdoor space for children and a nearby path allows for walking (for advanced walkers) down the cliff to Long Beach or take the car to the beach. Parents please be aware, no fencing at all. This property has a massive amount of outdoor entertaining space with a very large back deck, both overlooking the substantial back yard, great for ball games. This property is ideal for a couple of families offering a large kitchen, 2 living areas, there is plenty of room. It is in a very quiet street, so you'll only be disturbed by the gentle sound of the ocean and bird song. If you continue to drive along Northcove Road, or a little longer walk, you will arrive at Maloneys Beach which has lovely coffee shop, with home baked goods, offering a bottle shop facility you can even pick up some French wine to enjoy on the back deck. This home is not a party house and you will be asked to leave if you break the terms and conditions.
LAYOUT Downstairs has a huge kids sleeping room a and 2 more bedrooms,a bathroom/laundry separate toilet, a living area with direct access to the back yard. Upstairs houses another 3 bedrooms, a modern kitchen and the living/dining area. There's a good sized television to enjoy a lazy movie or 2 and a huge amount of room on the back deck.
BEDROOMS Linen is included, this includes sheets, pillows, pillow cases, doonas, doona covers and blankets and bath towels. The cleaning fee when booking is actually the linen fee. Please bring beach towels. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. Master Bedroom: Upstairs, with a Queen size bed and access to the back balcony. - Bedroom Two: Upstairs, 2 Single beds, Bedroom Three: Queen Size bed. Downstairs bedroom four- A Queen bed with direct access to the rear yard, Bedroom Five Downstairs has 4 single beds, Bedroom six: A Queen, A Single, and a port-a-cot for your use.
BATHROOMS / LAUNDRY Downstairs there is a shared bathroom and laundry complete with shower, bath, top loading washing machine and dryer, and separate toilet. Upstairs has a bathroom with shower, bath and separate toilet. Opposite the home in the carport area is located another laundry area containing a 2nd washing machine and toilet and shower mop & broom for cleaning if needed and a spare gas bottle for the BBQ, for your convenience.
OUTSIDE The back yard is huge! The front courtyard has a barbecue area and deck for alfresco dining. As mentioned previously, there is a huge entertaining deck with a generous outdoor setting. Theres plenty of parking in the driveway and on the quiet street out the front although the garage is not for guest use.
