Set in beautiful coastal bush land, this home is a retreat very close to the beach in Rosedale, one of the NSW South Coast's most desirable hamlets. This renovated tri-level cottage is ideal for a family. A cosy beach house with a contemporary open plan design, a well equipped kitchen, loft bedrooms and comfortable furnishings throughout. LAYOUT While the house is not huge, it has plenty of room for a family. It has been renovated yet still retains the charm of its era of construction with timber floors and an combustion stove fire. A top floor attic for the younger kids to sleep in, and a separate bedroom away from the house for the teenagers to retreat to. This is how a beach house should be! A lounge room with access to the deck is at the front of the home. There is a combined dining room next to the kitchen. The kitchen is adequately equipped for all your needs and also caters for the coffee lovers with a coffee pod machine. It has a dishwasher
BEDROOMS Linen is not included. This includes sheets, pillow cases, and doona covers, bath towels, beach towels. Doonas are provided. Main bedroom: A Queen sized bed - and walk out to the private balcony Bedroom two: in upstairs loft 2 single beds. Bedroom 3 unattached from main house 2 single beds, in second living area contains a futon sofa that can be unfolded for use, if required, with two bedrooms located within the main house and the third bedroom located off the carport perfect for those teenagers.
BATHROOMS There is a bathroom with a bath, shower and separate toilet. The laundry is a modern front-loading washing machine and dryer and this is on entry to the home combined in the bathroom, as well as another separate toilet on the second level.
OUTSIDE The yard is in its natural environment and there are great gum trees everywhere, a huge front deck where you can enjoy lazy afternoons, the BBQ is located just off the carport. On one side of the backyard has been fenced off for your pets. A Carport for your use but plenty of off street parking and room for a boat
