Luxury apartment close to everything, located a 2 minute walk from the shops and across the road from Corrigans Beach, you've got everything you need on your doorstep. The many repeat guests are testament to the popularity of this apartment. This apartment has been fitted out perfectly and is extremely well presented which matches its location. The unit is completed by two air conditioners. This property has a high chair and a child proof gate that can be put up at the top of the stairs for your use.
LIVING AREA - A large open plan living area is positioned upstairs to take advantage of the sea breeze. There are huge double glazed sliding doors which open up to the deck at the end of the living area. A reverse cycle air conditioner is included,, although the sea breeze limits the requirement to use it. The dining and living areas are spacious with generous seating, timber floors, with views of Corrigans Beach through the tree line. The large semi-covered balcony features an outdoor entertaining area complete with outdoor setting and stainless steel barbecue.
KITCHEN - A well-stocked kitchen is located upstairs with everything you'll need to prepare a quick snack or full meal. The gorgeous well equipped kitchen comes with new modern appliances and accessories for those who love to cook.
BEDROOMS - Linen is included, this includes sheets, pillows, pillow cases, doonas and blankets and bath towels. The cleaning fee when booking is actually the linen fee. Please bring beach towels. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. The master bedroom is air-conditioned, has a Queen bed and ensuite with spa bath, and a lovely sitting area which opens up to the deck, and a huge walk in robe. The second bedroom has another Queen bed. The third bedroom has 2 sets of bunks.
BATHROOMS - There are two bathrooms. A modern ensuite with a spa bath, compliments the master bedroom and a second bathroom has a shower and separate toilet. There is a separate laundry including top load washing machine and dryer.
GARAGE - An 11 meter tandem remote controlled garage to cater for your car and boat / Jet Ski or two cars. Guest parking is also available onsite.
PETS - Unfortunately this apartment is not suitable for pets.
