Sitting on the top deck overlooking the lush garden with the only sounds of the birds in the trees this area offers potentially hours of fun and exploration for the kids. You'll be glad you decided to stay at Lakeside Drive. Situated in the Murramurang National Park there is always something to do. Although only a few minutes walk to the beach or the lake or various walking tracks, some days it's just easier to fire up the barbeque and settle in on the back deck for the afternoon. This property has a massive amount of outdoor space with a large deck upstairs front and back. Out the front there's a smaller deck coming off the living room that is flooded in morning light This property is ideal for a couple of families. It is in a very quiet street, so you'll only be disturbed by the birdsong in the trees. Beaches, and the lake are all nearby, there is a boat ramp at the lake. If you feel like stretching the legs, there is much walking to be done, there is South Durras convenience store located 10 mins walk to enjoy a well-deserved coffee.
LAYOUT Downstairs has a bedroom along with a laundry, living area and kitchenette so plenty of space to move around. Upstairs houses another 2 bedrooms, a modern kitchen and the living/dining area. There's a good sized television to enjoy a lazy movie or two and a huge amount of room on the back deck.
BEDROOMS Lakeside will sleep up to 8 people Linen is not included. This includes sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, beach towels. Doonas & doona covers are provided (One per bed). Master Bedroom: Upstairs, with a Queen size bed. - Bedroom Two: Upstairs, 1 set of bunks Bedroom Three: Downstairs, 2 single beds and a Queen bed.
BATHROOMS / LAUNDRY Downstairs there is a shared bathroom and laundry complete with shower, toilet, and front loading washing machine. Upstairs has a bathroom with a bath, shower and separate toilet.
OUTSIDE plenty of room to run around. The yard are fully fenced with an outdoor shower to wash away the sand. As mentioned previously, there is a huge entertaining deck with a generous outdoor setting and barbeque. Theres plenty of parking in the driveway and on the quiet street out the front although the garage is not for guest use. There are boat ramps close by so you can fish nonstop, the property has an outdoor fishing tub to wash and gut your daily catch, please use the hose attach to bore water not the tank water.
PETS This property is a pet friendly property; pets are to be kept strictly outside only. Please pickup & dispose of all animal waste. Extra charges may apply for cleaning, damages or deodorising of the property. It is only a short walk to the beach, which permits dogs.
