Immersed in a beautiful coastal setting this architecturally designed home has been planned to showcase the extensive views of the ocean, river, bush and mountains with an enviable easterly aspect. Pitched and angled ceilings create an overall feeling of space and light and draws the brilliant blue of the coastline inside. Also a beautiful pool and potential hours of fun and exploration for the kids, you'll be glad you decided to stay at Vista Avenue. Although only a few minutes drive to the beach, some days it's just easier to fire up the barbeque and settle in around the pool for the afternoon. This property has a massive amount of outdoor entertaining space with a large deck upstairs and a private BBQ outdoor area around the pool. Out the front there's a smaller deck coming off the living room that is flooded in morning light and has amazing water views of the Bay. This property is ideal for a couple of families. It is in a very quiet street. Beaches, playgrounds and the bike path into Batemans Bay are all nearby, and a short drive to the Marina for a well-deserved coffee.
LAYOUT Downstairs is a double lock up garage, walking up the stairs to the beautiful vista that this home has to offer. Upstairs has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan living lounge, dining, a modern kitchen with amazing views across the bay, along with a laundry. Walk out the back to the private pool area.
BEDROOMS Vista will sleep up to 8 people. Linen is included, this includes sheets, pillows, pillow cases, doonas, doona covers and blankets and bath towels. The cleaning fee when booking is actually the linen fee. Please bring beach towels. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. Master Bedroom: East facing with amazing views and a Queen Size bed and ensuite extra TV and ceiling fan. Bedroom Two: 1 Single bunk beds and king single, Bedroom Three: Queen Size bed. Bedroom Four queen size bed.
BATHROOMS / LAUNDRY There is an ensuite, The main bathroom, has a shower toilet, and a laundry complete with a top loading washing machine and dryer.
OUTSIDE The back yard is huge! There is a heated pool. Both the yard and the pool are fully fenced. The pool is unavailable for use during May- September as the pool can just not keep the temperature. As mentioned previously, there is a huge entertaining out area with a generous outdoor setting and barbeque. Theres plenty of parking in the driveway and on the quiet street and a double lock up garage. It is manual garage door, use the red pull down cord.
PETS This property is a pet friendly property; pets are to be kept strictly outside only. Please pickup & dispose of all animal waste. Extra charges may apply for cleaning, damages or deodorising of the property.
