BEDROOMS Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, and bath mats. The cleaning fee when booking is actually the linen fee. Please bring beach towels. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. The master bedroom has a Queen bed ceiling fan with the elevated veranda that flows from master and features electric shade awning and filtered views to the Tollgate Islands and beyond .The second bedroom has Queen Bed and ceiling fan. Downstairs bedroom 3 has a tri-bunk. There is a sofa bed located in the living area for your use, please bring your own linen.
BATHROOMS There are two bathrooms downstairs. A modern bathroom upstairs that has 2 way access with a shower and toilet and vanity and downstairs a combined laundry bathroom with a shower and toilet and a front load washing machine
LIVING AREA An open plan living area is positioned downstairs. You can walk outdoors to the balcony and enjoy a BBQ in the afternoon sunshine, or soak up the sun drenched alfresco deck with a north-easterly aspect, that captures the delightful morning sun, the perfect spot for your morning coffee. There is a reverse cycle air conditioning, although the sea breeze limits the requirement to use it.
KITCHEN A well-stocked kitchen is located here with everything youll need to prepare a quick snack or full meal. With all modern appliances at your disposal.
PARKING There is a manual operated SLUG, on arrival park in the car space located at the front of the unit access keys then you can now open the locked garage located at the back of the unit access via road driveway to the rear of the units. There is also visitor car parking available at the bottom section of the rear of the units.
