With a flat walk to the crystal clear waters of Long Beach just round the corner, your beach side sea change will be complete. This ideally positioned without the water front price tag.
With a flowing floor plan downstairs the home offers 2 living areas, and out the back an undercover veranda that offers a BBQ and alfresco dining while you watch the kids play cricket or football in the fully fenced backyard. The house offers functional fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need to prepare a quick snack or full meal.
There is also a downstairs bathroom just off the laundry to wash off the sand when you come back from the beach.
The downstairs bathroom has a toilet and shower and the laundry offers both a washing machine and dryer.
To allow you to relax in comfort the house has air conditioning downstairs and ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the three living areas. The third upstairs living area opens out onto the front veranda that overlooks the parkland across the road. The parkland includes a childrens playground directly across the road. The house also comes with a selection of books, DVD, and games to keep the whole family entertained. The house also has free WiFi.
There is a highchair if required.
BEDROOMS, Linen is not included. This includes sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, beach towels. Doonas & doona covers are provided (one per bed). Bedroom 1, the spacious ground floor master bedroom offers a king bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite and ceiling fan. Bedroom 2: located upstairs Double bed ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 located upstairs: 2 Single beds, and ceiling fan. Please bring beach towels.
BATHROOMS / LAUNDRY Downstairs there is a shared bathroom and laundry complete with shower, toilet, top loading washing machine and dryer. There is an ensuite off the master bedroom downstairs upstairs has a full bathroom with shower and bath and a separate toilet. An outdoor shower to rinse of after the beach.
OUTSIDE The back yard is fully fenced. You can sit out the back and enjoy the outdoor setting and barbeque. There is plenty of parking in the driveway. The DLUG is not for guest use.
