When you walk in behind the side gate and into the front door you will make your way down the hallway open the blinds and you will be amazed at what will be your front yard for the next week, this is a three bedroom, two bathroom, unit with picturesque surrounds that has everything you need for the ultimate South Coast holiday getaway.
You can hear the sound of the waves breaking and smell the sea in front of you, and even have a swim before breakfast, or later in the day with the dolphins.
Build sandcastles, swim, surf, and snorkel or walk the beach- the choice is yours. You are only five minutes walk to the local shops or a slightly longer drive to many more shops, restaurants or amenities such as the movies, childrens parks and play centres or Mogo Zoo.
KITCHEN A well-stocked kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare a quick snack or full meal. The stove top is induction cooking.
BEDROOMS Linen is included, this includes sheets, pillows, pillow cases, doonas & doona covers and blankets and bath towels. The cleaning fee when booking is actually the linen fee. Please bring beach towels. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. The master bedroom is complete with a King sized bed and its own private ensuite, air-conditioner and views straight out to the ocean, also a walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom is has a king size bed and air conditioner and TV. The third bedroom has a single bed with trundle and air-conditioner.
BATHROOMS/Laundry There are 2 bathrooms in this unit, the ensuite has a shower and toilet and spa bath. The main bathroom has a shower, toilet and bath. The laundry is fully stocked with everything you require a front load washing machine and the dryer is located in the garage.
Outdoors There is a single lock up garage for your use. Also located in the garage are different assorted beach toys and boogie boards for your use, just please when rinsing off yourselves in the courtyard can you please rinse the beach items before putting away, for the next guests. There is an electric BBQ for your use.
