You can sit on the back deck and indulge in overlooking the huge view this property has to offer. This will be a holiday home the whole family can enjoy and make memories.
LAYOUT This split level, north facing design focusing allowing light to shine in while maintaining privacy. The open plan living upstairs reverse cycle air-con, and ceiling fan with high vaulted ceilings, and large entertainers deck, with additional downstairs rumpus area, where you can walk out to the downstairs deck to access the fenced back yard. The master bedroom with ensuite located upstairs and an extra sitting area with TV. Downstairs has 2 other bedrooms laundry and another bathroom. The internal stairs may be steeper for younger toddlers to navigate or the elderly.
BEDROOMS. Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels,hand towels, and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. - Master Bedroom: Upstairs, Queen Size bed. ceiling fan and ensuite. Bedroom Two: Downstairs- Queen bed and ceiling fan, also has access onto the back deck. - Bedroom Three: Downstairs, single bunks, with a pedastool fan and bar heater.
BATHROOMS / LAUNDRY Downstairs there is a bathroom with shower toilet and open plan laundry complete with top loading washing machine and dryer. Upstairs has bathroom with a, shower and toilet. Also a separate toilet just off the living area.
OUTSIDE The back yard is offers plenty of room to run around. The yard is fully fenced. As mentioned previously, there is a large entertaining deck with a generous outdoor setting and barbeque. Theres plenty of parking in the driveway a single carport and a DLUG so bring the boat. There is an outdoor shower on the back side pathway. A single line to hang your beach towels.
