The region is known as Australia’s ‘Oyster Coast’, with the Clyde River and estuary famous for its fishing and oysters. Local produce is also well presented in the area's great restaurants. Enjoy freshly-shucked oysters at Wray Street Oyster Shed on the Clyde River.
