LAYOUT: This house is a split level home with the option to rent the upstairs or if you have a large group, take the whole house! Upstairs has a large open plan living, kitchen & dining with a huge lounge so the whole family can sit and enjoy movie time together. 3 bedrooms on this level donwstairs through the garage is the laundry and seperate bathroom area and a kitchenette and 2 bedrooms available for guests use.
BEDROOMS Linen is included, this includes sheets, pillows, pillow cases, doonas and blankets and bath towels. The cleaning fee when booking is actually the linen fee. Please bring beach towels. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms that include 1 king and 4 king singles. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds.
BATHROOMS / LAUNDRY There are 3 bathrooms in this home, one with corner spa bath, two are located upstairs and the third is on the downstairs level. The laundry has a top load washer and a shower and toilet for convenience.
OUTSIDE This yard is great to enjoy with theupstairs covered deckfor you to sit back and enjoy the beach views while enjoying a drink or a nice BBQ. The yard is fully enclosed.To top off this perfect holiday home it even has it owns gate with access directly to the beach. Along the side of the home is a locked cupboard which has boogie boards, beach chairs and numerous beach toys for the guests use.
PARKING There is enough parking at this property for up to 5 cars at any one time. The property has 1 x carport, 1 x single car lock up garage and a long driveway for up to 3 cars.
PETS Unfortunately pets are not permitted at this property.
