You'll be glad you decided to stay at this beautiful home. Only a 100 metres walk across the way to the beach. This home provides a single lock up garage as the other side is reserved for table tennis and games for the kids. The remote control is fixed on the back wall for 1 roller door.
New furniture and appliances throughout. This property also has a large deck out the side of the house for those lazy afternoons of relaxing. The doorway off from the dining is not available for use.

BATHROOMS / LAUNDRY A spacious bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. The ensuite has a toilet and shower. The laundry located downstairs front loader washer and dryer with a separate toilet.
OUTSIDE There is a large entertaining sun deck with a bench table. The barbeque is located in the garage, you can wheel out to the back area near the outdoor shower for fuss free use. There's plenty of parking in the driveway and a single lock up garage. An outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. The boat ramp is located 300 m away in Mosquito Bay
A very short walk to the glorious Lilli Pilli Beach, the owners aim to keep the property in good condition and have some additions to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, they hope you have a great experience.
