A beautiful spacious two story home in Mossy Point.The home is perfectly located with a 3 minute walk to Broulee Beach and Candlagan Creek and a 1minute drive to the Mossy Point boat ramp.The home is very well appointed and furnished and includes 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms and a double lock up garage (DLUG). There is ducted heating and cooling throughout the upstairs area. A baby cot and high chair are also provided.There are gorgeous views from the house and the extensive deck.Combined with the outdoor areas there is plenty of space to get away when you're not at the beach. A beautiful outdoor pool is at your disposal. The Mossy Point Cafe is a couple of blocks walking distance away for all your cafe needs and for the golf lovers a golf course is only a couple of kms away.
Ducted air-conditioning cuts out at 10 pm every evening due to council requirements.
KITCHEN. The large gourmet kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm and includes a coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave to do all the hard work as well as a view of the beach in the distance. Inside a small cabinet in the kitchen is a TV that can be viewed from the kitchen bench for the early risers and cooks. There is a dining table here but to enjoy large family get togethers use the dining room which has a main dining table that is extendable. You might also prefer to sit on the extensive deck and fire up the barbeque and enjoy the view.
LIVING. An open plan lounge dining room with a TV, DVD, and ceiling fans. The ducted heating and cooling upstairs, means that you will be able to escape the heat in summer and keep toasty warm in winter.
DOWNSTAIRS. Downstairs is a rumpus room with a TV, pool table and lounge area for the kids or young at heart. This area also includes a designated office space for those who need to touch base with the office or who want an area to play computer games on their devices, however, unfortunately no WIFI is available.
BEDROOMS. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and TV. An ensuite and a large WIR are also included. You will also find a cot and high chair for your convenience. Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed. Bedroom 3 has tri-bunks (single and double) and a single bed. Bedroom 4, which is located downstairs has another queen. There is also a bathroom located downstairs. Please Note: Linen is not included. This includes sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, beach towels. BATHROOMS. The property includes 3 bathrooms. The main bathroom upstairs has a shower and a separate toilet, while the ensuite to the master bedroom has a shower and toilet. There is also a bathroom downstairs which also has a shower and toilet and is perfect to wash away the sand after a day at the beach.
LAUNDRY. The laundry is downstairs, with a large top loading washing and clothes dryer.
OUTSIDE There is a large wrap around deck that goes the length of the house and overlooks the pool. The pool is not heated. The pool is just beautiful and fully fenced separately to the yard, so you can sit up on the balcony while you watch the kids swim below. Pool scoops (for leaves) are under the clothesline (next to the pool) as it is under cover and out of the sun.You can sit on the deck and enjoy the views out to the ocean. Fire up the BBQ and enjoy the day. The house has a DLUG and the driveway is large, with enough room to park the boat and other cars off the street. There is a fully fenced back yard. To walk the short way to the beach, leave the top of driveway and walk left to the end of the street. Cross the road to the blue house #115. Beside this house is a path which is a public ease way for direct beach access at any time. The Candlagan Creek beach area is very child friendly, shallow and with a small playground. There is also access to Broulee Beach for the surfers in the family. If you turn right at the top of the driveway you have a 3 minute walk to the Mossy Point boat ramp and canoe rental.
PETS This property is a pet friendly property; pets are to be kept strictly outside only. Please pickup & dispose of all animal waste. Extra charges may apply for cleaning, damages or deodorising of the property.If your dogjumps alot i dont recommend our pet friendly property for you.
