You will walk in the front door and you can go down to the childrens entertainment area and sleeping area with access up the laundry and bathroom, if you go up the entry stairs you will access the main living area has an airconditioner with 2 private bedrooms and a bathroom off to the Left or go to the rightand you will have access to another 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. then up a flight of stairs to the kitchen and dining. This home is located with a short 1 minute drive to Mackenzies beach to the left and the Malua Beach to the right this is attended by surf life savers during the summer months. This home is a tri-level property so a few stairs to navigate.
KITCHEN The kitchen is located at the top of the home and is fully fitted out for you to cook up a full family banquet or enjoy a quiet coffee. It is well fitted out and a great sized dining table to fit everyone and enjoy your time together. Dishwasher microwave large fridge and an extra wine fridge available and bar fridge for your use. There is a large TV to catch the morning news.
