With a short walk through the public ease way, to the crystal clear waters of Long Beach, your long beach escape awaits. This ideally positioned property without the water front price tag.

Brand new kitchen sits beautifully in the middle of the home overlooking the informal living area expansive deck with distant water and Tollgate Island views plus side yard.
The back veranda has a BBQ and alfresco dining while you watch the kids play cricket or football in the fully fenced backyard. The house offers functional fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need to prepare a quick snack or full meal. Reverse cycle air-conditioning in the lounge and living area. 
There is also a lovely well-appointed main bathroom and separate laundry offers front loader washing machine.
To allow you to relax in comfort the house has ceiling fans in all bedrooms. There is a small children playground just down the road all within walking distance.

BEDROOMS, Linen is included, all towels and sheets. The beds will be made up for your arrival. The master bedroom with a queen bed, TV and ceiling fan, celebrates its own privacy being set away from the other three good sized bedrooms. There is a modern ensuite, walk in robe and timber doors opening out to your very own courtyard that provides a WOW. Bedroom 2: Queen bed & ceiling fan. Bedroom 3: A Single bed, and ceiling fan. Bedroom 4: a Queen bed and ceiling fan. 

BATHROOMS / LAUNDRY There is a large main bathroom with shower and bath and toilet. A full  laundry front load washing machine. There is an ensuite off the master bedroom has a shower and toilet.

OUTSIDE The back yard is fully fenced. You can sit out the back and enjoy the outdoor setting and barbeque. There is plenty of parking in the driveway. And a SLUG
