This is a brand new unit complex. Located just a few hundred metres from the pristine mouth of the Clyde River this stylish townhouse is within walking distance to Batemans Bay and its clubs, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Only a short walk over the bridge and across the river,you've got everything you need on your doorstep, from resturants to entertainment. This apartment is a tri-level unit. When you enter this private unit you will walk in at ground level to the entry way and lockup tandem garage then up the stairs to the main living and kitchen area, then the top level is the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms..
KITCHEN A well equipped kitchen is located upstairs with everything you'll need to prepare a quick snack or full meal. A microwave, dishwasher and stove and oven all for your use a good size fridge that you can stock with all the holiday luxury food items.
BEDROOMS The master bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, fan and ensuite. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a double bunk, with a fan; the 3rd bedroom has a double bunk. Linen is not included at this property. Please bring sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, beach towels. If you would like to hire linen you can phone Bay Coast Cleaning on 0450020516 - 72 Hrs notice is required for this.
BATHROOMS There are two bathrooms located on the 3rd level of the unit. A modern ensuite compliments the master bedroom and a second bathroom complete with bath.There is a hairdryer in each bathroom. And a toilet on the second living level.
LAUNDRY There is a separate laundry including washing machine and dryer, located in the garage. The washing machine is a front loader so please only use soap powder suitable for front loaders. There is a small clothes line attached to the wall in the garage as well as a clothes airer. Ironing board and iron are in the cupboard in the living area under the stairs.
LIVING AREA An open plan living area is positioned on the middle level, you can walk out to the private balcony equipped with a BBQ. There is a reverse cycle air conditioning, TV and DVD player, and board games.
PETS Unfortunately this apartment isn't suitable for pets.
