BBQ, gadgets and lots of pots and pans. Our pantry has more than a few basics - of course we
leave you nice oils, vinegars, sauces and staples! The upper level has 7m wide living room,
formal sitting area, with TV and sound bar. This opens to main deck (BBQ and outdoor
dining) with stunning sea and tree views; and lower level retreat, cooler in summer – a
delightful place for a quiet read, leading out to another deck and down to the fern garden.
You can spend hours here watching the birds come home to nest – each breed picking their
own favourite tree. Another sound bar here is perfect for summer afternoon chill tunes. The
garage with remote control door access includes a second fridge freezer for stocking up

Beaches (and there are several) are a 10 minute walk down the hill, or a hop in the car. 24
hour off-leash dog Tomakin Beach, gentle Tomakin Cove great for families …or join the
pelicans river side for stunning afternoon swims, kayaks or paddling. A delightful country
market in Moruya on Saturdays adds to the fun, or maybe some unique retail therapy in
bohemian Mogo. Cafés and more retail at Batemans Bay – or simply stop at any of the
numerous beauty spots, it sometimes feels as if there’s a stunning beach at the end of every
road. We think Tomakin has one of the finest IGA's on the South Coast with a well stocked
bottle shop. All major supermarkets, Bunnings, cinemas, etc in Batemans Bay. Mobile
fish/seafood van just at the end of the street - how good is that? Smokey Dan's with beer
garden, spit-roast and live music next to the IGA. Tomakin Sports and Social Club .... even
closer! Rivermouth Cafe en route to beach. The Mossy cafe - other side of the Tomaga River.
Mogo Zoo. Paddle and Kayak Hire - both sides of the river.
Tomakin is 10 mins drive off the Princes Highway (turn at Mogo). Moruya airport is 13 kms
to the south. Batemans Bay is 16 kms to the north (try the coast road for stunning scenery).
