This large cliff top home is perfect for two families. Siton the park like grasslands looking out to the extensive views across the ocean. This home offers fun and exploration for the kids, you'll be glad you decided to stay. Although close to the beach, some days it's just easier to fire up the pizza oven and settle in around the back yard for the afternoon. There is plenty of outdoor space for games although parents please be aware, no fencing at all. This property has a massive amount of indoor entertaining space with gorgeous views both overlooking the yard to the ocean, great for ball games. The owners have generously provided Wifi and a Chromecast device for connecting to Netflix etc. This property is ideal for a couple of families offering a large kitchen, 2 living areas, there is plenty of room. It is in a very quiet street, so you'll only be disturbed by the gentle sound of the ocean and bird song. Perfectly located within minutes of Malua Bay shops you have everything you need without need to leave the area.

This home is not a party house and you will be asked to leave if you break the terms and conditions.

BEDROOMS Linen is included, this includes sheets, pillows, pillow cases, doonas, doona covers and blankets and bath towels. The cleaning fee when booking is actually the linen fee. Please bring beach towels. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive.

BATHROOMS / LAUNDRY There are 3 bathrooms and a laundry with a washing machine.

OUTSIDE The back yard is huge! Theres plenty of parking in the driveway and on the quiet street out the front although the garage is not for guest use.

PETS Unfortunately Pets are not welcome at this property.

BOOKINGS: High - 7 night minimum Wed-Wed 2020-2021; Mid and Low - 2 night minimum no Sunday arrival
